• Seeking L1 Support Engineers for Bangalore Location.
• Troubleshoot Hardware/Networking/OD Related queries for our global customers.
• Queries over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
• Take calls from Global Customers and initiate right response to them.
• Deal with wide range of products using a powerful information database.
• Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems.
• Explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
