Responsibilities:

• Inputting the shipment details from shipping for creating Bill of Landing.
• Refer to various SOP / Reference Guides available in dept, in case of doubt, to check with senior.
• Update the excel database with his productivity.
• Responsible for Process / Refresher Training.
• Resolve Queries and Daily Process Issues and Providing feedback to FPs.
• Following up with the pending queries.
