Job Description:
- Â Conduct periodic audits and ensure the policies and procedures are followed
- Develop, maintain internal and external contacts to gather IR intelligence
- Keep management abreast with latest IR issues in & around the company.
- Mentor employees on a regular basis to maintain a positive work culture.
- Ensure discipline against erring employees.
- Preparing periodic MIS reports and updating the same to the Management.
- Coordinating in welfare/ motivational/developmental activities for employees.
