The walk-in will be to fill around 160 Customer Agents, Jr. Executives, Duty Manager –Ramp, Officer-Accounts and Para Medical Agent –cum-Cabin Services Agent in Mumbai, Administration Assistant-Account, Duty Officer-Ramp, Manager –Finance.

Eligibility criteria:
Jr. Executive(HR& Administration): Candidate should have completed MBA or relevant degree in HR or Personnel Management Course. Candidate should have an experience of 1 year in HR/Admin and should have a good command on MS-Office.

Officer Accounts: MBA or Inter Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree in Finance with good knowledge of MS-Office. 3 years experience is a must preferably in Airlines or Ground Handling Company with proficiency in statutory payments like Welfare Funds etc.

Jr.Executive Pax: Candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university with an education pattern of 10+2+3 format. Candidate should have at least 9 years of experience, preferably in reservations, ticket handling, cargo handling, etc. OR the candidate should have finished MBA in any reputed college with 6 years of experience in ticket handling, cargo, etc.

Jr. Executive(Technical): Candidate should have completed graduation in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile/Production/ Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering from a reputed university.

Duty Office Ramp: Candidate should be a graduate from a reputed university under 10+2+3 pattern of education. A minimum of 16 years of experience is required, of which 4 years should be a managerial or supervisory experience. Candidate should have good knowledge of computer applications and their operations.

Duty Manager Ramp: Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Sr.Customer Agent: Candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university with an education pattern of 10+2+3. He/She should also have 6 years of experience in areas like fares, reservations, ticketing, computerized passenger handling, and cargo handling.

Assistant Accountants: Graduate from a recognized university with an education pattern of 10+2+3. A 1-year experience is mandatory in Finance and Accounts. Proficiency in Billing, Funds, etc is required.

Customer Agents: Graduate from a recognized university with an education pattern of 10+2+3. Basic knowledge of computer operations is also required. Candidates who have diplomas in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO will be given preference.

Cabin Service Agent / Para Medical Agent: Candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university with an educational pattern of 10+2+3. A diploma in Nursing or B.Sc(nursing) is also required.

Selection criteria:
Candidates will be selected based on personal interviews.
Eligible candidates can appear for a walk-in-interview on the scheduled date and time.
An Application Fee of Rs.500 is required to fill the application. Ex-Servicemen, SC/ST candidates are given exemption of this fee.

Personnel Ministry of India says over 6.8 lakh job vacancies in Central govt. departments

Minister of State for Personnel, Mr. Jitendra Singh has said in a written reply to the lower house of parliament that over 6.83 lakh job vacancies are present in the central government. Out of which 38,02,779 has been sanctioned strength, while 31,18,956 employees were in position, as of March 1st, 2018. The vacancies in the Central government are available due to retirement, resignation, promotion, death, etc.

He said that filling up these posts is a continuous process depending on various ministries and recruiting agencies. During the current year 2019-20, three recruiting agencies UPSC, SSC, RRB, have been recruiting for around 1.34 lakhs of jobs. Out of them, 1,1,6392 have been made by RRB, 13,995 by SSC and the remaining 4,399 are done by UPSC.

Other recruiting agencies such as Postal Service Board, Ministry of Defence are also in process of filling up for 3,10,832 vacant jobs, including 27,652 of defense civilians. All the ministries are requested to take time in filling the vacant jobs in their respective ministries.

The recruiting agencies have been switched to using computer-based online tests in order to reduce the time taken for the recruitment cycle.
