• Develop and implement testing and quality assurance artifacts for new & existing software.
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented according to stakeholders.
• Utilize standard procedures to solve routine, on-going problems.
• Documents results accurately and reports results tactfully.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs.
• Log & track systems flaws using the JIRA issues tracking system
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolutions.
